Abstract:
The paper addresses the organization and conduct of educational activities within simultaneous and double-simultaneous teaching systems in rural areas. The research highlights the need to identify effective educational strategies adapted to classes with different levels of study in order to ensure an equitable instructional–educational process. The research aims to identify effective teaching strategies adapted to simultaneous lower secondary education and to analyze methods that support students’ autonomy, involvement, and conceptual understanding. The study combines theoretical analysis with an applied pedagogical approach based on direct observation, studies of case, formative assessment, experimental activities, and TIMSS-inspired evaluation items. The preliminary results show that experimental activities, differentiated worksheets, interactive methods, and interdisciplinary approaches increase students’ participation and improve the understanding of physical phenomena. The paper emphasizes the importance of adapting teaching and assessment strategies to the specific characteristics of simultaneous education and highlights the need for methodological resources dedicated to rural teachers.
