Abstract: From more than 90 years there is the assumption that the particles introduced in nuclear matter change their fundamental properties, mainly their rest masses (Enrico Fermi, 1935). After the discovery of the relativistic heavy ion component of the cosmic radiations, and, especially, after the utilization of accelerator systems for investigation of the dynamics of the relativistic nuclear collisions and the properties of the very hot and dense nuclear matter formed in the overlapping region of the two colliding nuclei, this assumption was largely discussed and introduced and different models in the attempts to explain different behaviours and experimental results.
Using a modified version of Nambu – Jona-Lasinio model, in the assumption of the possible modification of the rest masses of the particles produced in the participant region, Wolfram Weise obtained interesting results of the rest masses of a few particle, pions and kaons, mainly.
Taking into account such results, as well as the scientific interests of the group in the CBM Collaboration from FAIR-GSI, in this work we begin the analysis of the possible influence of suggested modifications of the rest masses of the pions and kaons on the masses of some particles and resonances that can decay by pions and kaons channels, taking into account specific conditions in nucleus-nucleus collisions at relativistic energies. In this analysis, experimental results and simulated data are used for investigations. Preliminary results could help in the understanding of some experimental results of the group.
