Abstract:
In this paper, the relative influence of solar activity on cosmic ray particle fluxes in the upper terrestrial atmosphere from protons and Helium nuclei cosmic radiation has been studied. The aim of this paper was to provide information on the fluxes received from protons and Helium nuclei to stratospheric environment. The calculated values of the fluxes of protons and Helium nuclei, at the stratospheric level in the upper terrestrial atmosphere, in the region of the kinetic energy of the galactic cosmic ray particle below 100 GeV/nucleon, show an anti-correlation with the periods of solar activity: the fluxes of particles in the period of minimum solar activity are higher compared to those at solar maximum.
